Meet Morgan
Morgan Lindsay Nelson is a contemporary illustrator, lettering artist, and writer creating playful art prints for collectors looking to adorn their walls with conversation starters, not just something pretty.
Morgan began her professional artistic journey in childhood selling one-of-a-kind collage cards to gift shops. This love of crafting evolved into a self-taught fine art practice, where she found her place in portraiture and fashion illustration, creating work for boutiques and attracting the attention of luxury designers.
Today, Morgan’s work has grown to fuse those pleasing aesthetics with a deeper layer of commentary, diving into themes of pop/internet culture, psychology, and modern femininity. Despite being raised around traditional gallerists, Morgan believes in an accessible, equitable art world and chooses to exist outside of the gallery system.
Every piece of art is completely hand-drawn. From scribbles on notebook paper to the iPad, Morgan's process spans physical and digital mediums from concept to completion. Swapping an easel for a Gucci sticker-adorned Sketchboard Pro, the artwork you'll find here is fueled by snack breaks and Bravo shows playing in the background.
