From breakup to breakthrough
Conversations with My Walls
A breezy yet deep podcast examining culture, psychology, and modern femininity through my life and the art created from it. Built on the belief that both your walls and your thoughts should be a daily reminder of who you are, not who the world wants you to be.

The Origin Story
I hit record from my bed, wrapped up like E.T. barely three days after the breakup. And just like that, Conversations with My Walls was born. A podcast where I share my most honest voice—the support, empathy, and depth I'd previously kept reserved for my relationships.
When you live with chronic illness, recently came out on the asexual spectrum, are late-diagnosed neurodivergent, and rebuilding life after bereavement, finding love feels like capturing lightning in a bottle.
He accepted all those parts of me. He was the person I’d been looking for. It makes the heartbreak cut 10x deeper, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned from living my life:
Hurt doesn’t stop me, in this case, it motivates me…
In the midst of losing that precious connection, it hit me: I shouldn't keep this part of me so small. Sharing it can be something that brings us together on a larger scale. Because I know I'm not the only person out there navigating these life challenges, feeling alone, or rebuilding after a sudden shock.
It's vulnerable and scary, but so is love. Except this time, I'm completely in control of the narrative, and what I make of it. I'm rewriting what life looks like for me by being louder than I've ever been, peeling back the curtain to my creative, emo world so you can feel more seen in yours.
You’ll join me in real time as I navigate life on the other side of what I thought was my big love and redirect it back to life and creativity.
What you won't get here: trash talking, low EQ vibes.
What you will get: empowering inspiration, insight, and community.
Keep your eyes peeled for art prints to go along with the episodes. Because I'm not contributing to the conversation enough unless I'm giving you something to put on your walls :)
About the Podcast

Because both your walls and your thoughts should be a daily reminder of who you are, not who the world wants you to be.
Join me at the mic as I get personal so we can dismantle what we as women are taught to settle for and reclaim our most artful, authentic selves.
What you’ll find here:

Meet Morgan
I'm Morgan Lindsay Nelson, an illustrator, lettering artist, and writer creating playful art prints and dopamine decor for collectors looking to adorn their walls with conversation starters, not just something pretty. Approaching my work with whimsy and humor, I'm deeply inspired by eclectic design and juxtaposition, including the contrast between realism and camp and high/low. I filter this through my neurodivergent, Bravo-loving, Y2K-raised lens.
Despite growing up around traditional gallerists, I believe in an accessible, equitable art world and choose to exist outside of the gallery system. My self-taught art practice began in childhood when I created one-of-a-kind collage cards for local shops, which eventually evolved into fashion illustration, portraiture, and filmmaking. I memorably sold my first portrait via a bidding war on Twitter and attracted the attention of luxury designers.
Today, my work fuses those pleasing aesthetics with a deeper layer of commentary on internet culture, psychology, and modern femininity—helping collectors bring home more than just style, but something to say. Since a one-note gallery wall doesn't fully capture all that you are.
